South Cambridgeshire District Council is holding a further consultation on Objection Sites in relation to the Site Specific Policies DPD. These are sites which were suggested in representations made against the Council\'s Submission draft document of January 2006. These representations suggested sites for development which were not allocated in the Council\'s LDF document.

It has become apparent that a small number of Objection Sites in relation to the Site Specific Policies DPD need to be re-advertised. There are also some new sites, which were omitted from the previous consultations which need to be advertised.

The consultation includes the following Objection Sites:

Major sites previously advertised in March 2006 in relation to the Core Strategy DPD, but which also appear in relation to policies in the Site Specific Policies DPD. These are now being re-advertised, to ensure the Council has properly complied with the necessary regulations, because it was not made clear that these sites would also be considered at the Site Specific Policies DPD Examination.

Sites advertised in June 2006 in relation to the Site Specific Policies DPD where the Objection Site was advertised incorrectly.

Omitted sites. The Council has also identified a small number of additional sites, omitted from the June 2006 consultation, that need to be advertised as they are seeking an allocation for development.

Please use the links at the top of this page to navigate the Objection Sites document and make representations online.
