Important information - please read this first

This web page provides an interactive means to submit comments on certain large planning applications. You do not need to register to view the documents but must do so in order to make a comment. Comments received by letter or email will be summarised and made available for viewing on this website.

If you have previously used this system to make comments on the Local Development Framework (LDF) documents or other major planning applications, you should log in using the same account details. If you attempt to re-register with the same email address, it will be rejected.

There are a number of steps that must be taken to make a comment using the online form:

1. Register your details with the Council by clicking on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page and filling in the registration form. In order to register, you will need to give us your name, e-mail address, and postal address. This will enable us to contact you to confirm that your comment has been received.
2. Once you have registered, in order to submit your comment, please select the planning application you are interested in from the list below.
3. If you wish to return to the site in the future, you will need to login using your email address and password.
